Student Store (School Day)
First Day Grand Opening - October 1st
​PTSA runs the student store at Eisenhower and the students LOVE the store!
  • The store is open during lunchtime Monday-Thursday (9:50AM-1:20PM) each wee​k
  •  1 or 2 volunteers are needed each time the store is open
  • Volunteers must be BOTH approved Everett SD volunteers AND current PTSA members (students cannot volunteer during the day)

Student Store (Home Games)
PTSA  extends the student store hours during home game sporting events.
  • Home games take place in the late afternoons and early evenings
  • At least 1 adult and up to 2 students can volunteer
  • Adult volunteers must be BOTH approved Everett SD volunteers AND current PTSA members

School Day Volunteers
Eisenhower always welcomes parent volunteers. Some ways you can share your time:
  • Come help during lunch hours by being present and available to talk to students
  • Help in teachers’ classrooms
  • Help during recess
  • Help before school during student drop-off and directing traffic
  • After you sign-up, Eisenhower’s administrative staff/teachers will be in touch with you to confirm your volunteer date(s)/time and activities.

Every year, PTSA works with families to show Eisenhower teachers and staff our appreciation...with PIE!!
  • The GOAL: 1 pie for each teacher to take home for the holiday break.

BOOK FAIR (December)
​PTSA hosts a Scholastic Book Fair ahead of WINTER break each year. 
  • Student shopping times before school (7:50-8:10AM), during lunches (10:19AM-12:49PM) and after school (2:50-3:15PM) on December 2nd-6th, except no after school hours on December 6th, 2024. 
  • We typically offer ONE afterschool shopping time from 5-7PM (December 4th, 2024). 
  • Middle school students REALLY enjoy this event and we need your help to make it great!
  • Ways to help: cashier (must be an active PTSA member) ,monitor directing student traffic, and supervising students.

Book Fair Sign-Up
SPELLING BEE (January/February)
PTSA brought back the Spelling Bee event for Eisenhower's students in the 2023-24! We need your help to keep it going!
  • Ways to help: coordinate the event, be a JUDGE, prepare printed materials, or prepare contestant treat bags
  • Night-of the event we need help with set-up and clean-up as well (January 30TH, 2025)

Spelling Bee Sign-Up
BINGO/RAISE THE PADDLE NIGHT (March/April)
This fundraising event directly supports teachers/staff grants and Eisenhower's community activities. 
  • Ways you can help with planning this event: donate to raffle baskets, procure items for raffle baskets and Bingo prizes, donate supplies for the event, sign-up to help the night of the event (March 7th, 2025), prepare materials for the event.

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK (First full week in MAY)
Eisenhower teachers and staff work with dedication all year with our students! Help make this week of themed treat and meal days special!

FAMILY FUN FESTIVAL (May 17th, 2025)
This annual community festival is a great way for incoming families to meet current Eisenhower families and for ALL to have fun!
  • This event is FREE for all students and families of Eisenhower.
  • Typical timeframe Saturday 1:00-4:00pm
  • Help with set-up from 10:00 AM-12:30 PM
  • Help run the activities 12:30-4:00 PM
  • Clean-up 3:30-5:30 PM 
  • Activities and offerings typically include: games, an ice cream truck, cotton candy, donuts, bingo, a photo booth, raffle & door prizes.
Help needed for planning this event includes: securing donations, arranging vendors, organizing games/activities, and purchasing snacks/prizes.

8TH GRADE DANCE (June)
Each year, PTSA organizes and runs the 8th Grade Dance immediately after the 8th Grade Bridging Ceremony.

This event needs a LOT of help with planning, preparation, and smooth running.
There are plenty of ways to help make this night MEMORABLE for the graduating 8th graders!
