Items needed for a COMPLETE entry DUE November 13 by 3:00pm:
  1. Student information
  2. Parent/Student signatures
  3. Submission/Artwork title
  4. Submission/Artwork statement


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Students may enter in one or more categories, but only one entry per category will be accepted.  Each submission must have its own entry form. 
  • Selected entries will be forwarded to the Council level and showcased at the Reflections Celebration on January 8th, 2025

6th grader Ava Davis's submission took 1st Place in the Visual Arts category for the Everett PTSA Council Reflections Program and advanced to State.
